Trying to connect ORICO M2PV-C3 M.2 NVMe Enclosure as usb device

I'm trying to connect ORICO M2PV-C3 M.2 NVMe Enclosure as usb device but it's not getting detected, it's based on Realtek RTL9210

I think I've all required packages installed as usb core, uas, usb2, usb3, etc etc

It was never an issue with r7800 on hnyman build and readily detected without problems

Can someone help me to debug it?

@hnyman

Mine's just a plain USB HDD, but here's what I've got on a 22.03.5 install:

Thank you for prompt attention

Yes, yours look normal as your device can be seen by lsusb and lsusb -t

Here's my list of packages

But i can't see it, device blinking led assures me secure physical connection, so something with RTL driver, by the way it's UASP supported and worked in UASP on hnyman r7800 build always , I'm clueless in this scenario, any help is highly appreciated
