Trying to build ZTE e8820s v2

Hi,

I am trying to build openwrt for ZTE e8820s Ver.2

Hardware looks nice:

MT7621 Rom 128mb Ram 256mb

5Gigabit port + 2.4Ghz + 5Ghz

people at immortalWrt already integrate it since 21.x and above

i am trying to bring it here...

I have some question :slight_smile: :

  1. it use MT7621, does it use ART partition for saving calibration and MAC address ? I dig some info... it say... it use "bdinfo" ?
  2. it use BREED bootloader... one of the menu is backup EEPROM. I did create backup-flash-dump-raw-e8820s_factory.bin... can i use that to recover back to original manufacture state ?
  3. if I have the same 2 device, one device will be use for testing and the other for restore back, can i reprogram the EEPROM from second device to the first ?

i use https://github.com/srt19/ZTE-E8820S guide to build test firmware, which is not perfect...

it did load the openwrt but buggy...
