Troubleshooting UDP blocked?

Installing and Using OpenWrt

I have openwrt with luci installed in my Xiaomi Mi Router AX3000T and also using a synology nas.
My torrents works from my PC (using tixati) but not from synology download station. Its weird because the ports are allowed in the firewall settings.
Anything i can check to troubleshoot?

UDP does not make connections. Can you tcpdump the moment it fails?

The .172 is the ip of the synology nas
