I use this access point in bridge mode, I need to reduce the speed of the Ethernet port to 10 Mbps full duplex, for this I need to set open-wrt. This model is not in the list of supported devices, but there is a similar model Tew-638.
Who can advise what to do, how to install and which version of open-wrt?

There is no OpenWrt support for this device and there never will be.
16MB RAM is totally insufficient.
