@TPRoberts, I did SSH with router and enabled WiFi and configured it as Repeater using LEDE user interface(I was able to access web interface after enabling WiFi radio), after that I wanted to install hotspot management software on it, during this process I accidentally changed LAN interface's static IP to use DHCP server which resulted complete lost of access to the router either through LAN cable or WiFi SSID. I tried multiple ways to set static IP of router from my macbook to access it and none of these options worked.
