i have almost 100+ Tp-Link 901ND access points with running openwrt OpenWrt 18.06.2 r7676-cddd7b4c77 / LuCI openwrt-18.06 branch i am facing problem frequent disconnection, no internet access sometime very slow internet.
i configure to set Channet to auto but it gives to channel 1 to all APs
please guide what to do
What is the topology?
What is disconnecting? The WAN, the clients from Wifi, something else?
Have you made a site survey before deploying 100+ access points to list the channel utilization and possible interference?
What are the network and wireless settings? (uci show network && uci show wireless)
its simple star topology sometimes need only restart and everthing ok. sometimes stops connecting device than i have to soft or hard reset n configure again..
Auto channel always selects the first available channel. In your case that is channel 1.
It would be better to select channels manually
i want to revert back to OEM please guide
I don't have this device and with a quick search I was not able to find some guide. You could contact TP-Link in case they have some different procedure.
