TP-Link RE650 wifi not connecting

ok i have tried for many days now to run this device but its not accepting any wifi connection (open or with password).

i flashed the latest master (OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r13089-3fdb08681b) and tried all the suggestions for mt76 driver to run the wifi but no luck.

i tried to go back to stock but it got briked, i recovered it with serial and tftp but only accept openwrt firmware so i am stuck with openwrt.

any suggestion is thankfully appreciated

some times the wifi connect but on traffic is running
i only can reach the re650 ip

i noticed that my windows laptop connect to wifi but no traffic
and my android phone connect with no problem!!!

i am on SNAPSHOT r13148-0fb5962e62
and when i set the Country Code to 00 - World and REBOOT i can connect to the internet other Country Code do not work !!!

could it be the different frequencies used in different countries?

btw, how's your re650 now? i just bought one and thinking to install openwrt too as a repeater, but all i found here to go back to original tplink firmware is unthinkable except connecting it with a serial port which i don have
