TP-Link CPE510 V3.8 bricked?

I just tried to install openwrt onto my CPE510 V3.8 using this firmware http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/ath79/generic/openwrt-ath79-generic-tplink_cpe210-v3-squashfs-factory.bin

I chose the "restore" option on the prompt and the installation seemed to go smoothly, the router rebooted, but when I attempt to login to 192.168.1.1 I am getting nothing. Cannot connect to the original 192.168.0.254 either.

Over SSH, I hope, as LuCI is not pre-installed in snapshot builds.

thanks. How can I manually install the luci package from here by downloading it to my computer and install via ssh?

Ive been reading that, I do not understand that repository.

Is there anyway somebody could kindly please link directly the exact packages I need to download. The repositories are ridiculously confusing to me and I am not sure how to configure the device to receive internet connection from my router using command line.
