TP-Link BE450 can't connect to internet via vlan 35 with pppoe

But on DHCP it worked, which was connected to my main router with WAN port. It's a new device currently available only on Snapshot. But this time I wanted to replace the main router with this, but to no avail. It supposedly gets this IP but nothing works, can't ping google.com or 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1

10: pppoe-wan: <POINTOPOINT,MULTICAST,NOARP,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1492 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN qlen 3
    link/ppp
    inet 78.xxx.xxx.xxx peer 78.xxx.xxx.1/32 scope global pppoe-wan
       valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever

Also, luci webpage doesn't even open, even though I just installed it when it was the second router. Then I unplugged it and plugged as first. Even then, I for example installed nano then. But even nano isn't recognized. What is happening?

nevermind I reset and set things up again, now it works.
