TP-Link Archer MR200 - 3G interface access page

Successfully updated to the 18.06.1, luci and ssh up and running, wan and wifi are fine.

I just cannot figure out how i can reset the password on the 3g modem interface (192.168.225.1)

From openwrt forum/device page it says it should be user: admin password: admin - but is not accepted.

What i already tried with no success:

  • empty cache in browser, restart browser
  • device system reset with >10s pressed reset button on the back
  • flashed the update firmware again
  • other combinations as no username AND/OR no password, 1234, etc..

So does anybody know how to reset the password for the 3g-modem interface or how to re-install the according module?

Thanks in advance,
Ron

I updated too, to 18.06.1 using openwrt-18.06.1-ramips-mt7620-ArcherMR200-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin and lost usb0 internet connectivity.
When I reflashed with the initial ArcherC2V1_tp_recovery.bin (git-16.280.54886-e06c60a / LEDE Reboot r1811), the device was bricked.

Did you make any progress with the 3g-modem on 18.06.1?
