My TP-Link router has suddenly gone into a bootloop, and the LAN/WAN ports are not working, preventing TFTP recovery. I attempted a serial connection to enable web recovery, but that didn’t work either. The only progress I made was sending the recovery file to the router’s RAM using Kermit, but I’m stuck at this point and unsure of the next step.

I need a method to flash the firmware to the router exclusively using a serial connection, as the LAN/WAN ports are non-functional. Any help would be appreciated!

fw boot looping wouldn't kill the TFTP recovery through the boot loader.

already tried tftp, not working, reason mentioned.

not really, "LAN/WAN ports not working", is too vague, how was it verified ?
when booted the initramfs, do they work ?

tried tftp doesn't work,
tried enabling eth port though bootloader, doesn't work
tried web recovery though bootloader, doesn't work
