So, no...not if I'm running 19.07.8 or newer.

I switched to ct-smallbuffers on 21.02.1 and it's working well.

I recommend that you watch this video and not use Software flow offloading. Buy a router or AP with MediaTek hardware, it is the closest thing to a true Open source.
