Hi there! I've found this TP-Link Archer C2 AC750 v1.1 for a couple bucks, but unfortunately, it seems that only the v1 is compatible: https://openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/archer_c2_ac750

Is it some minor revision, compatible with the v1 (unlike the v5 with 3 antennas)?
It looks really similar, with 2 antennas and the TP-Link website only has firmware download for the v1 and the v5: https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-c2/v1/

What are your thoughts? How can I be sure the builds won't brick my device?

I also have a C2 AC750 v1.1 on hands, and have the same question.
Does anyone know if its ok to go forward with this ? If it isn't, how hard if possible is the reversion process ?

Turns out I tried the wiki instructions for the C2 AC750 v1, and it worked perfectly.
I flashed the ArcherC2V1_tp_recovery.bin recovery image from orangepizza (https://github.com/orangepizza/openwrt/releases) and then used sysupgrade to flash a clean OpenWrt 19.07.3!
