Hello, according to my research, the best OpenWRT-supporting router in my country is the TP-Link Archer AX80 V1, and I want to buy it. However, I haven't been able to find a method to install OpenWRT without a UART adapter. A few people on the forum have mentioned that it's possible, but they haven't explained how. Could someone please create a simple guide for someone new to this, explaining it in a straightforward way? Thank you.
Well, i don't know who these "few people" are, but other appreciated people on this forum state very clearly that a UART adapter is mandatory.
Tag them in this topic and see if they respond?
I think he reffer to people with Archer AX80 v1 (EU), not the (US) version.
The (EU) version has a installation method using a python script to exploit and open telnet (and them tftpd). I dont think this methot apply to US version
