TP-Link 940N v 6.8 - Tiny Flash (change partition sizes)

Howdy Friends.

There is a tiny section for devices with small flash, and they are both endemic in the ecosystem and very useful for specific use cases with OpenWRT. I have personally deployed hundreds of 940n v6.

Here are the bootlogs for v6 versus 6.8 - The exact same, if my eyesight isn't failing me, only changes are in partition sizes. Perhaps we can elicit the help of @robimarko who supported V6 initially. Here goes.

Hm, I somehow doubt that they have special firmware for v6.8 only.
I was looking for v6.8 firmware but I could not find such, only v6.

To me it looks like they may have changed it in firmware rather than doing another fw version for a minor hw revision

Flashed V6.0 firmware on a 6.8 perfectly, no problem.

So, I think that OpenWrt for v6 will then work normally on v6.8

I assumed since the partitions were different offsets, it wouldnt work. But the v6.0 flash worked just fine.
