Cannot. I need RAM and Gigabit lan on 2x2 Cm
Solder is not cause.
This hot is normal for this SOC on this situation.
My PoE Out is 48V, as required by the BT specification
I need tips for reduce heat generated from SOC
I will try to reduce ram and core clock, and some Voltage.
But if someone gives me advice, maybe I save days to test.

1V 624mA = 0.6W MT7530
1.15V 936mA = 1.1W MT7621 Digital Core
1.2V 142mA = 0.36W USB + PHY + PCIe
1.5V 434mA = 0.65W DDR3 + GE2
3.3V 424mA = 1.4W ????????
Maybe i can try to reduce 1.15V to 1.1V or 1.05V with 616Mhz CPU clock (30% less)
And reduce RAM 1.5V to 1.4V with clock 560Mhz (30% less)
