ToH, possible to add comment to flash size column?

Would it be possible to add a * to the flash size column in ToH, with a short comment regarding the difference between flash size and available flash space ?

There have been some threads lately, where people are wondering why only X MB (usually < 50%), out of Y MB total flash space is available for additional packages ....

Not possible like I imaginedit to be, i.e.the usual footnote syntax doesn't work in the column headers.

I would replace MB with size, but it's just cosmetics.
