I recently saw a good deal on ebay for a Linksys EA7450, and not seeing an entry in the ToH, I looked up the internal photos from the FCC ID on the bottom label to see what hardware it had.
Lo and behold, It turns out that the FCC ID Q87-03397 is a joint listing for the EA7200, EA7450, and the EA7300 V2, the latter of which is supported by OpenWRT and uses the very well-supported MT7621 SoC. Apparently all three are just rebadges of the same hardware. I don't know for sure, but I would assume it is one of these things where alternate versions are sold through big box stores under different model numbers, despite having identical hardware under the hood.
So I bought the listing and flashed it with the factory image for the EA7300 V2 via the web interface per the usual procedure for the EA7300 V2. Everything worked without a hitch, and I can confirm that everything within OpenWRT seems to be working. 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and LAN/WAN ports are all working as expected.
I know this isn't exactly a current model anymore, but would it make sense to make ToH entries for these two models? If we want to try an EA7200 just to be sure, I think I can go grab one on ebay for $15 or so.
I would make the hardware entries myself, but I messaged the Wiki-account to apply for a Wiki account months ago and never heard back. Should be as simple as copy-pasting the info from the EA7300 V2.
