Tmobile knows my 5G router model

On the tmobile account admin page, I see the model of the devices that are “used” by a specific contract / phone number.

For a e.g. a Samsung Galaxy device or an e.g. iPhone 14, it shows the model of the device.

Also for my GL Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited GL-X3000NR GL-XE3000NR ICCID: 23423423423432

How do they know?
The wwan0 used by the MBIM interface, I see the MAC address: CE:CB:8F:44:31:61 - I am not even sure if this is unique (?) and / or virtual / or relevant?
If it is somehow the modem, that offers that information, is it possible, to change it (AT commands?)

No, in fact is illegal in most countries to do so, or to even possess equipment capable of doing so.
