That said, you will find older OpenWrt versions in the archive (at least once the download server is accessible again, respectively on other mirrors). Be aware that versions older than 18.06.x no longer have any kind of security support and are affected by known (and quite serious-) security issues - and 18.06.x will run out of security maintenance quite soon (3-4 months at most), so you should schedule a hardware replacement with a device sporting sufficient hardware specifications rather soon (and/ or investigate on trimming down current OpenWrt for your device).
