I had installed on TL-WR841N V9 this version 'openwrt-15.05-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr841n-v9-squashfs-factory.bin'. Login page is 192.168.50.1 (not 192.168.1.1) Powered by LuCI (git-15.248.30277-3836b45) / OpenWrt Chaos Calmer 15.05 and I am unable to log in. No message for changing password. Unable to access with blank password.

It should be 192.168.1.1. Disconnect from all networks and connect router only by lan to your PC. What ipconfig on your pc shows?

Failsafe + Soft Factory Reset should fix the problem (assuming it's a config problem). If it's a custom image with weird changes well you gonna have to flash a proper image ( h8red already posted a link about how to recover via bootloader).
Why is the login page 192.168.50.1 ? Did you change the lan ip, it was like that after you flashed OpenWRT or you bought the devices with OpenWRT on it?
In normal conditions after you flash OpenWRT the ip of the router is 192.168.1.1 .
15.05 is not supported for some years already. It has known security problems.
I guess it is other router he is trying to login.
