You need to implement a DNS-based solution. Have a look at adblock here on the forum.
With correct option for dnsmasq, you can first block DNS for all domains. Then to allow your special ones.

I have successfully achieved what I needed by customizing the DNSMASQ file.

this is awesome thanks for everyones help - Tinyproxy unfortunately does not work over https's
