... you seem to be trapped in a caching "error"
This could be easily solved:
Klick on "Customize installed packages and/or first boot script"
Enter a unique text in the "Script to run on first boot (uci-defaults)" field that beginns with a "#" (means it's a comment only - I use actual build number)
