The internet does not work on the hg556a when connected to the Fiber

I have a vodafone hg556a, when I connect it wirelessly with any Adsl router, it works fine, but when I connect it with fiber, the internet does not work, what is the solution please

Can you describe how you are connecting it to your fiber ISP (is there another router in front of the HG556a, or is this the only router; what physical port is used for uplink to the fiber connection)?

What version of OpenWrt are you running, and what is the current configuration?
