It's working very well as Node 3 using 802.11s with the other 2 nodes on 19.07.7. However I can't find the STP setting using LuCI.
Under 19.07.7 it would be located...
LuCI-->network-->interfaces-->LAN-->physical settings
I know how to change it using the uCI - just something I noticed.
Network/Interfaces/Devices/Configure...
Advanced device options
In 21.02 it is :
LuCI-->Network-->Interfaces-->Devices-->br-lan-->Configure... -> Advanced device options
