Tailscale storage problem

I am new to OpenWrt and would like some advice. I want to install Tail scale on my Netgear WAX 206. I am limited to 16MB or so of internal storage so I cannot install Tail scale due to needing 22 MB for it. I see there are these two articles relating to installing a smaller version, but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. The instructions are created for Debian Linux, which I do not have any experience in, but I loaded up a Linux VM to give it a shot and I could not figure out how to get the ipk file.

Any help would be great! Here are the links I spoke about:

Some time ago I built the tailscale-combined image minimzed compressed on Ubuntu, for my openwrt, MIPS. And ran it without any packaging, just copied the image to the router.

Package compressed is 8.5MB, which means you can add it to image compressed back using imagebuilder or firmware-selector.
