First, thank you so much for bringing OpenWRT to these switching platforms!
It's been a while since I last touched OpenWRT. (I used to run it for years on my Linksys AG241 ADSL router). But finding it's capable of running on Realtek based PoE switches really got me interested again.
I've been reading most of the rtl838x thread to make myself a bit familiar of the possiblilities before storming of and buy hardware. But I bit the bullet and now I'm the proud owner of 4 x GS2210-24LP switches, that I got dirt cheap from "marktplaats".
From what I learned on the other threads and the wiki at svanheule.net these should be similar, if not identical, to the GS1920 series, except for a real DB9 serial port and where the 24LP differs from the 24HP in that it only has 180w power budget.
If there's anything that I can do to help developing this for the GS1920 (and GS2210), please let me know. I'm not a developer, but know my way around building code and stuff and still learn new tricks on a daily basis.
