That is not how it works, you own it, you'll do the development - which, given that this is a new -currently unsupported- SOC, will not be easy.

It is an interesting board. It exactly fits my requirements for home router/nas/server. I have bought the cheapest version and run Ubuntu Noble provided by Orange. Orange recommends 25W power supply, I was afraid it is power hungry, but I get about 2.1W idle with basic hardware: SD, HDMI, 1 Ethernet, wireless keyboard.
It looks very similar to Banana PI BPI-F3, for which exist Openwrt version:

Maybe it could be adopted for Orange Pi?

The Milk-V Jupiter, BPI-F3, Orangepi RV2 are largely the same, I have all these boards. I'm working on a target that has upstream drivers (at least what's available now in the developer trees), based on 6.12. Obviously, it will have a dependency for the 6.12 support to be merged first. I'll post a staging target when it's ready for consumption.

This is what's available in the download section for this board and the OpenWRT files are dated april 8. I have no idea if/how the OpenWRT image is modified.

My board is on a freight plane as we speak.

This image is overloaded with applications, but there is no support for WiFi. I couldn't access it at 192.168.1.1, maybe because of multi wan?

System on SD was expanded to full SD size. I didn't find any Orange tools, I'm not sure if there is an easy way to move system to emmc or ssd.

Anyway it looks OK, but I haven't put it to a real work yet.

That is good for an SDK/vendor build but not necessarily for upstream/mainline. Additionally, from what I've read the Ky X1 (on the OPi board) s slightly different to the K1/M1 CPUs - sporting an emac instead of a dwmac, so ethernet-wise it'll require additional work. It doesn't help either that checking the schematics on the vendor page leads to an empty googledrive.
