BTW I make dts-file for current version (22.03 and later). For 21.02 version the dts-file is incorrect in part of MACs.

If I understand correctly your board have mediatek mt7613 wifi 5G. So remove kmod-mt76x2
and add kmod-mt7615e kmod-mt7663-firmware-ap
ok now both wifi 2.4 and 5 is possible.
Can I flash this firmware allready, or only initramfs is safe?
And what is needed to make sysupgrade possible?

mt7613 is known to have issues with DFS processing (other than mt7612 or mt7615), while the situation has allegedly been improved, it's probably not perfect, yet (and may never be, due to hardware constraints). The easy solution would be to avoid DFS channels.
can it be possible to get a DFS channel up and running, like the 52, or not?
