hi is it possible to have openwrt for the Belkin 450 router? I know similar Belkin routers (n600 I think) are supported, so it is possible with this router?

It'd be your job to add the support, you're the guy with the device.
It's doable, assuming the SoC is supported, but why spend time on a 10+ y.o product, when $20 would get you something fully supported, and better, in every aspect.
