The IPQ5010 is not supported by OpenWrt so quite a lot of work would be required.

If I read the RAM size correctly, 256 MB RAM would be a hard no-go area (with ath11k, 512 MB RAM are already tight), beyond what andyboeh has already mentioned (there's very, very little mainline support for ipq50xx - and ipq807x && ipq60xx support would be needed to build upon first).
