Submitting LUCI patches

I made some changes to Luci and I sent my commits to the dev mailing list, but I don't know if it is the right place.

Because there is no a GitHub repo of "Luci-Lede", I followed this guide https://lede-project.org/submitting-patches#sending_patches_by_email

Can you confirm if it is the right place to send my Luci changes?
Or please tell me where I have to send them?

Luci and packages feeds are shared between old Openwrt and LEDE, so the LuCI repo under the Github Openwrt organisation is the right place:
