Stunnel no working and no log of error?

I'm trying to pass my SSH connection to a TLS -> SSH, I generated the key and stunnel with the command

openssl req -new -x509 -days 365 -nodes -out stunnel.pem -keyout key.pem

The same thing I did on a mini server in another city, and I'm using the same configuration, which is:

debug = 4
output = /var/log/stunnel/stunnel.log
socket = l:TCP_NODELAY=1
socket = r:TCP_NODELAY=1
client = no
[ssh]
accept = 443
connect = 127.0.0.1:4002
verify = 2
cert = /etc/stunnel/stunnel.pem
key = /etc/stunnel/key.pem

The only one I can find in log is:

Tue Sep 20 21:58:17 2022 daemon.notice stunnel: LOG5[ui]: Terminated
Tue Sep 20 21:58:17 2022 daemon.notice stunnel: LOG5[ui]: Terminating 1 service thread(s)

Tue Sep 20 21:58:18 2022 daemon.notice stunnel: LOG5[ui]: Configuration successful

So I just don't know what to do or find out what's wrong
