Strongswan missing from OpenWrt 23.05 x86_64 because of wolfSSL build error

Hello everyone,

Strongswan and its dependencies are missing from OpenWrt 23.05 build for x86_64.

The compile logs indicate that Strongswan fails to build due to PARSE_ERROR being re-declared in the wolfSSL plugin:

Is there a recommended way to address this issue and make Strongswan and its dependencies available for OpenWrt 23.05?
