I try to use firewall for my nas and my router for using transmission-bt. But when I check my pc version port is opened too. I use night build, but if I understanding all right this is a bug (openwrt opening port for all ip's, not only listed).

It's not clear what your specific issue is, here.
If you have transmission installed on your computer/NAS (whatever device is 192.168.1.2), it is expected that the port would be open on that device. Your second port forwarding rule (the one that is enabled) would send traffic to that device.
The first port forwarding rule (currently disabled) is actually not preferred -- you should be using a traffic rule if it is being handled by the router itself (and I'm assuming that's what is 192.168.1.1). But nonetheless, it's one or the other here.
