State of TP-Link Archer C7v2|v5 in 2023

I thought I read attainable max 5Ghz speeds would be much faster on C7 .Am I doing something wrong, or do I need to reset my expectations ? I

The c7 won't do much more than ~200 MBit/s at routing.
