Don't mark it solved, yet (it probably isn't for you - and I have bigger fish to fry, before I could debug/ bisect/ report this issue).
Just to add some substance for my experience (on x86_64 and mt7921au/ mt7921), last known-good r30767-d0c64a162a - known-broken current main/ HEAD (e.g. r32355-caef0a839a).
I can't confirm it not working. The WR3000H operates as a mesh node, and I can connect to it successfully. Wi-Fi therefore appears to be functional, although it is generating error messages.
As rc2 was released, could you tell if the error was addressed? I quickly screened the changelog but I couldn't find this issue being possibly addressed. Maybe opening an issue on Github would make sense - if not already done.
The issue still persists in 25.12.0-rc2. To be clear (before anyone asks), the upstream is a 160 MHz channel. so aside from the congested band, I cannot use another channel in my radio domain. WAX202.
