SQM recommendations for Cable (Comcast)

I am a noob at this but this is my current setup. Without sqm enabled I get approx 63/13 speeds.
I am currently running two separate sqms on eth0 and br-lan. Here is the info below.

Why would you use SQM on br-lan?

Just seemed logical to me. Should I remove it. Is there no need? I saw that lan triple isolate and a wan triple isolate and it made me think I could try an sqm on the lan interface.

So, due to a cake bug (since fixed) the automatic overhead accounting is a bit broken but that should be fixed with once you update to a newer cake (as should be part of the 18.X openwrt release).
But do you have any issues or specific questions?
