SQM: ERROR: QDISC cake is NOT useable (after update)

Hi, i have a WR1043N v5 using OpenWrt SFE r1270
I came up with the stupid idea to update to the march build and now sqm doesn't work anymore:
i see this in the log, but i don't really understand what his problem is:

Did you reinstall SQM after doing the update? It doesn't come preinstalled.

yes, actually it was still there but i also tried to reinstall it. it gives me the same error

Has somebody an idea, which version of OpenWrt you are using?
"march build" tells nothing.
There is no OpenWrt SFE r1270.

Is that master or 19.07?
buildbot snapshot, or firmware built by you???

By the name of it, it maybe this build https://github.com/gwlim/openwrt-sfe-flowoffload
which is a user created build.

@staimalex You are probably best to ask in the thread for that firmware if that's what it is.

Oh you are right, actually i should write there instead.

it's a wrt compiled with optimizations for the router processer
works usually pretty good
