[SOLVED]Without access on web interface

If i want to access the web interfacee at https://192.168.1.1 i do not have access.
Someone is experiencing this problem?

I did it, it seemed like bitdefender with the last update it made two hours ago blocking access, he also sees sidecar.gitter.im a problem site.
In Online Threat prevention, the encrypted web scanning box must be disabled until the problem is resolved!

I opened a ticket to bitdefender and they said they would solve this problem!
