I have an openwrt router I want to put behind my main router. I had the wan port of my openwrt router connected to one of the ethernet port of main router. This is causing me double nat issues I tried putting my openwrt router into dump ap and then bridge ap but i seem to be doing it wrong! Can i get help on setting up the openwrt router to avoid double nat.

Connect the Dumb AP LAN port to the main router's LAN port via Ethernet. (Yes - LAN-to-LAN - the WAN port of the Dumb AP will not be used.)

Did the bridge ap method just had to restart the router to get it working.
