Hi,
I have a Belkin RT3200 (Openwrt 23.05.5) and have configured it for my ISP - Vodafone(Cityfibre).
I followed the instructions here (Zen-Cityfibre - same underlying network)
https://forum.openwrt.org/t/zen-isp-uk-setup-on-openwrt-router/156594/10
https://www.reddit.com/r/openwrt/comments/12eelj5/openwrt_setup_zen_isp_with_cityfibre_as/
The issue is that my download speeds consistently max out at around 500MB, uploads are over 800MB+.
Everything else being the same, I disconnect RT3200 and plug in the basic router supplied by Vodafone and the uploads immediately shoot up to 900MB+.
Appreciate any ideas on why my uploads are almost half what they should be
The only difference is that in the suggestion above - 'VLAN interface (802.1q) that was tagged to the WAN interface (eth1 in my case)' . However I tagged it to 'Switch port: "wan" ' on my router. Which seemed to be the logical one for RT3200.
Everything else is fine, just downloads are half what they are with the Vodafone Power Hub
