[SOLVED] No Wireless Internet Access on GL-MT1300

Hello all, now I new problem with my GL-MT1300 currently running 24.10.1. The problem is that I can't connect to the internet using Wifi, but a wired connection works as expected. To explain:

  • GL-MT13000 is running 24.10.1
  • When my PC is wired directly to one of the LAN ports on the GL-MT1300, I can reach the internet no problem.
  • When my PC wirelessly tries to connect to either the 2.4G or 5G interface, my PC shows 'connected, but no internet'
o I have tried disabling wireless security and it makes no difference.
o I have tried using another device (Android phone) and it has the same issue.

It looks to be some kind of issue between the WAN interface and the wireless interfaces.

I have attached a couple of screenshots of the interfaces below.

Reset.

Change name of wifi, set password and encryption.
Set country, and channels as auto.

Retest, post config if it fails, screen shots are useless.

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:
grafik
Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:

ubus call system board
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/config/dhcp
cat /etc/config/firewall

Thanks for this... unfortunately changing the name of the Wifi, changing to a new password, and setting channels to auto did not make a difference. I also tried a couple of different devices and it didn't help either. Here it the output of the cat commands:

Start by getting rid of psk-mixed, and use WPA2 or WPA3.

I'm not sure what the heck is going on, but after performing another factory reset and creating new APs (SSIDs), etc, it starting working :person_shrugging: Sorry for the inconvenience with this.
