SOLVED !!!
IT IS MY SWITCH !!!

My switch is a NETGEAR PROSAFE GS105E, which look to filter something and break IPv6 !!!

When my Ubuntu is directly linked to the BR-LAN port of the espressobin; I get IPV6....

It seemed weird not to get anything at all, while the host sends them.
As it happened to the other post, it is important to explain the full topology, so we can troubleshoot devices in the middle like this switch.
