[Solved] Luci-proto-wireguard leaves peer information if deleted

I've noticed that when setting up Wireguard interfaces and peers in LuCI, that if an Interface is deleted, it leaves the peer config settings in /etc/config/network. Has anyone else exprienced this?

Installed versions:

kmod-wireguard 4.4.92+0.0.20171017-1
luci-proto-wireguard| it-17.298.45605-07e7ff0-1
wireguard 0.0.20171101-1
wireguard-tools 0.0.20171101-1

Yes, I had the same issue. Would probably have to be fixed in the "luci-proto-wireguard" package I would say. You can circumvent the issue by simply opening the file in a text editor like vi and deleting the configuration lines manually. Afterwards, reload the new network settings by using /etc/init.d/network reload
