[Solved] Installing EA7500 USB drivers

Hello there, OpenWRT noob here. I successfully flashed OpenWRT 21.02.3 to my Linksys EA7500-v2. I'm trying to get USB tethering enabled on my router but I'm having trouble finding the appropriate package to install. The USB tethering guide says I need "kmod-usb-net-rndis ". I can't seem to find the link for that package anywhere. My router's status page tells me that my firmware veraion is 21.02.3 and my target is ramips/mt7621. Is this the correct link to download packages compatible with my device?
https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/21.02.3/packages/mipsel_24kc/packages/
I have to download and install the package manually since my only internet connection is through my celluar service, hence the importance of getting USB tethering up and running. Any help installing and setting this up would be greatly appreciated!

"A common protocol for Android based devices for tethering via USB is RNDIS:

opkg update
opkg install kmod-usb-net-rndis"
Where is this package and how would one go about installing it offline?

Share internet from your phone, via wifi, join the network with your router, DL the required packages.

Great idea! Well, that was actually pretty easy. I didn't even think of trying that.
