apparently all that was working because the wifi adapter was plugged in... i have no clue what to do now, it's back to calling it an unreachable network

Also, do one for the TFTP64 folder contents.
ok so i found the way to make it work, i changed ipaddr to 169.254.132.60 and the transfer went through now
