How can I set up a DHCP pool for dnsmasq in Luci
Navigate to:
Network > Interfaces > [Edit the relevant network interface] > DHCP server
Thanks for the info, never expected to find it by the interface.
A DHCP pool is somehow bound to a Network (capital N) and this is usually bound to an interface.
(Exceptions when you use DHCP relays and a DHCP server.)
No not really bound to interface(s), I expected the pool configuration in DHCP and DNS (dnsmasq) just like static leases.
This is my major problem with Linux. It is not intuitive

Normally I avoid these phrases but you simply holding it wrong. Reminder, a computer is no wishing Automat and mind reader. You have to follow its rules. And if you don't think for some reason that a DHCP pool is not bound to a subnet on an interface (expect for DHCP relay configurations) then make an actual argument.
