I’m planning on installing adblock on my openwrt router. This router is my main router and connected to my modem so I don’t want to mess anything up. Will I need to download adblock and simple adblock? And after doing that do I just go to service and turn them on and that’s it? If there’s any steps I’ve missed on doing this please let me know

You'll pick one or the other.

It's pretty straightforward on the web GUI. You enable it on that page.

Really...

- I would just try WAN if you don't know how you setup your router

Also, you could ask ask in the support thread.

???

🤦‍♂️ It usually is by default...but I asked asking about your Internet connection/reaching DNS servers...

I have no clue what you're trying to check.

[Per my last post](https://forum.openwrt.org/t/adblock-setup/71940/6), I hope setting **WAN** solves your issue, I wish you well! 👋

One thread per issue. Please make a new thread for that.

It helps others who may be searching/browsing topics in the future.

Also, feel free to mark a post in this topic as the **Solution** - if your issue had been handled.
