Between Snapshot R25251 which worked & R25267 which doesn't at least for me, a change is preventing my TP-Link EAP615 Wall from booting. I had to go back to factory firmware and reflash. Hitting the same problem the second time. I am reflashing again, this time to use an earlier Snapshot.
Looking at the commits between the two releases, it seems ramips: clean up useless dts partition labels is the most likely culprit. Please can someone more knowledgeable than me look at this again (@DragonBluep or @PolynomialDivision?). And if anyone else experience similar, please raise you hand in this forum.
That can't be. This commit just a simple cleanup of unused code. If anything wrongs with it the dtc will directly throw compiling error.
The biggest change recently is mac80211 update. It seems that this commit introduced a mt76 driver issue, but it has been fixed yesterday. So maybe you can try today's snapshot.
Thanks for such a fast reply. I have already tried the snapshot 25267, which is still the most recent on the build server. But maybe I just have to be patient for the mac80211 update to percolate through. Will keep this topic updated.
